Our Returns Policy

 

 


Here at WigsUK we want all of our customers to be entirely happy with their choice of products. If you find that you have the need to return your wig to us, please follow the instructions below and we will process your return as soon as it arrives with us.

Returns Policy:

  • All items can be returned for either an exchange or full refund.
  • All items to be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • All items to be returned in the same condition they were received with all labels still attached.
  • Wigs can be tried on but not worn for a period of time.
  • Do not expose any wig you may need to return to any strong smells - e.g. perfume.
  • Any returned item deemed to be in an unsellable condition will be returned to you.
  • Returns note needs to be completed and returned with the items clearly stating if a refund or exchange is required.
  • All free products should be returned if all purchased items are returned for a refund.
  • Refunds can take up to 5 working days to process from the date the returned items are received.
