How to make an appointment


At Banbury we have a fully stocked showroom that is open from 9:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday with hundreds of wigs to choose from.
We offers private consultations that will help you to choose the most appropriate acrylic wig for your requirements.

We have private consultation rooms with specially trained wig technicians who will spend an hour with you covering the following:

:: Discussion on colour, length and style
:: Fitting of the wig
:: Selection of wigs to be tried on
:: Advice about how to put a wig on, take it off, store it and look after it
:: Ordering in of specific wigs for purchase
:: Access to other services, such as Real Hair wigs, Postiche Lite, Rapture should these be another option appropriate to the customer.

We charge just £25 per hour consultation; however this is fully refundable against the purchase of any wig from our ranges.

Follow up appointments are free of charge, for example if we size the wig for you, or order a specific wig for you there is no fee for the follow up appointment.
To book, please contact us at 01295 757400. All NHS patients must book an appointment and bring any relevant paper with them.  We are the offical contracted supplier of wigs to the NHS.

Being the largest supplier of wigs to the NHS, we can provide local support through our nationwide network of over eighty trained Agents all under the expert control of our Banbury-based team.
