   Question: How do I try on my wig?
   Answer: Start by holding the wig at the middle of the front hairline and give it a
       little shake to loosen the curls. Next hold the wig at the back with one hand
       each side of the sewn label. Tip your head slightly forward and pull on the wig
       from front to back just like a bathing cap. Slide it back until the front
       hairline just covers your own. When the two little tabs on either side rest
       against the temples just in front of the ears, the wig is positioned correctly.
       Then tuck in any of your own hair, which is still showing around the sides and
       back.

   Question: How do I ensure my wig fits comfortably?
   Answer: If your wig seems too loose or too tight take it off and adjust the two
       Velcro`s tabs next to the label at the back of the wig. If your hair is very
       long, it is best to pin it up before putting on your wig. Make sure to arrange
       your hair so the bulk is spread as evenly as possible.

   Question: How do I style my wig?
   Answer: Your NEW wig is amazingly easy to style because of its professionally designed
       construction. Gentle up and out brushing is all it needs. Start the brush at the
       root of the wig. Pull the brush up and out twisting it away from the face. Then
       lightly smooth the outer wisps of the hair into place where you want them.

   Question: How do I wash my wig?
   Answer: Before washing, brush your wig thoroughly to remove all teasing and
       tangles. Make a solution of mild shampoo and cold water. Saturate
       the wig and gently dip in and out. DO NOT RUB. Then let it soak for
       three or four minutes.
       Rinse in clear cold water, then wrap the wig in a towel, and press out
       excess moisture. DO NOT WRING IT OUT. Let it drip dry overnight at
       normal room temperature. NEVER BRUSH WHEN WET. DO NOT USE A
       HAIR DRYER, HEATED TONG OR IRONS. When you are sure it is dry,
       brush it back into the style of your choice.

   Question: How do I condition my wig?
   Answer: Wig Conditioner for Restoring Freshness. After washing your wig and patting out
       excess water, spray conditioner sparingly on the damp fibres. Hang up the wig
       and leave overnight to dry. When and ONLY WHEN the wig is completely dry, a few
       brush strokes will bring back the style's healthy glow.

   Question: Can I use heat on my acrylic wig?
   Answer: No, do not use any heat on an acrylic wig. Heat will damage the fibres of the
       wig and this damage can not be reversed

   Question: Whats the difference between human hair and acrylics wigs?
   Answer: The difference between synthetic and human hair wigs is in the fiber. A
       synthetic wig will hold it's style even after washing.
       Human hair wigs are made out of real human hair so they look and feel real, but
       they also have to be re-styled after washing just like real hair.

   Question: What wig brush do I need to use on my wig?
   Answer: Normal hairbrushes are too harsh to use on wigs as the bristles can snag on the
       caps and stretch the wig hairs causing them to be pulled out.
       Wide toothed combs are good for raking the hairs and helping to keep the
       definition of the wigs style.
       If you have a curly wig it is best to use your fingers to brush the hairs out as
       using brushes or combs can damage the overll look and style of the wig.
       Styling brushes are ideal for both synthetic and human hair wigs as they have
       metal prongs rather than bristles which glide through the hairs smoothly without
       causing any pulling.

   Question: What size cap do I need?
   Answer: An ill fitting wig can cause irritation.
       Everyone's head sizes are different and wigs come in 3 different sizes to cater
       for this, Petite, Average and Large, however we can also size them to fit your
       head measurements here at Banbury Postiche

   Question: How do I measure my head?
   Answer: Use a fabric tape measure to measure from the front of your hairline to above
       your ears.
       Wrap the tape measure round to underneath your occipital bone this will give you
       your circumference measurement.
       To measure the forehead to nape measurement hold the tape measure still from the
       front of your natural hairline over the crown and to the bottom of your natural
       hairline at the nape of your neck.
       For ear to ear measurements hold the tape measure from the top of one ear across
       the top of your head in the area of the crown to the top of the other ear.
